Your Return Journey

Every single item gets a thorough quality inspection from us before it makes its way to you, ensuring nothing but perfection.

Getting the right size is essential, and selecting the perfect fit can sometimes be challenging. We encourage you to carefully consult our size charts on the product pages before placing your order.

Ran into an issue with a defective or damaged item, got the wrong size, or received something you didn't order? We're here for you. Just give us a shout immediately, and we'll whip up a solution and get back to you within just 1 working day.If your item is all good and doesn't fit those problem categories, we can't accept it back just because.

Ready to return? The items need to make their way back to us. Once we receive them, we'll need about 5 business days to work our magic on the solution, and you can expect an automatic refund in 10 working days. Please keep in mind, shipping fees aren't part of the refund since they're part of the shipping service cost. Oh, and our return window? It's 15 days, after which we have to close the books on returns.

Returning

Hygiene's a big deal for us, so we can't take back underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories. Items you're returning must be in mint condition – unworn and unused. Sorry, but we can't take back items that have been on adventures (damaged, washed, or altered). Before you send anything back, give our customer service a heads-up with your reason. And yep, the return trip costs are on you, as we don't cover the postage for returns.

How to Kickstart Your Return

  • First, drop a line to our Customer Service – they're super friendly and eager to help. Let them know your Account Email Address, what’s up with your item, what you’d like us to do, and include some photos for good measure.
  • Wait for our green light before you send anything back.
  • Mail your package to the address we give you, and please let us know the tracking details – it helps us keep everything smooth on our end.
  • Hang tight, and we'll have your refund sorted within 10 working days after we've checked out your return.
